Tickets can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the start of the event by contacting Grant’s Farm at info@grantsfarm.com. Cancellation fees will be applied to all ticket cancellations.

We operate rain or shine but your safety is always our priority. Unfortunately, unexpected circumstances, such as inclement weather, can impact your visit. While we strive to provide a memorable experience for all of our guests, we cannot offer refunds for weather conditions or attraction wait times. Thank you for your understanding and support. For the safety and welfare of our animals and visitors, the following are prohibited: 

• Dogs or other pets. Service animals are permitted. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act and are not permitted inside the Farm.

• Professional photo/video cameras or audio recording devices

• Skateboards, razor scooters or bicycles

• Weapons or firearms, including pocket knives
