For the first time in Grant's Farm history, guests can experience a guided tour through the Carriage Haus and Bauernhof Stables for an in-depth tour of the Busch Family heritage and history at Grant’s Farm. Learn the history of the property as well as the family heritage of coaching and horsemanship.

Approximately a 25-minute tour. Each member of your group 4 years of age and older must have a History & Heritage Tour ticket (recommended for ages 9 and up). Parking is not included in this tour and must be purchased separately. This tour is wheelchair accessible. Please take all personal belongings with you. This tour meets at the Carriage Haus located inside the Baurenhof Courtyard which you will walk to once your tram ride has concluded. 

Please note: Due to this tour being at the end of the tram ride and near the end of your visit, please arrive 1-hour prior to the start of the tour. Let our toll booth attendant know when you arrive.

This tour allows for a 10% discount on merchandise from all our gift shops. Please present your tour ticket to the gift shop associate to allow for the discount to be applied. Discount only available for the date of your visit.

Tickets can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the start of the event by contacting Grant’s Farm at info@grantsfarm.com. Cancellation fees will be applied to all ticket cancellations. For the safety and welfare of our animals and guests, the following are prohibited: • Outside food or drink • Dogs or other pets. • Professional photo/video cameras or audio recording devices • Skateboards, razor scooters or bicycles • Drones • Weapons or firearms, including pocket knives. Service Animals are permitted.  Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act and are not permitted inside Grant’s Farm.

25-minute tour. This tour meets at the carriage Haus stables location inside the Baurenhof Courtyard which you will walk to once your tram ride has concluded.
A parking ticket must be purchased if arriving by vehicle. 
Children 3 and under do not require a ticket.

Regular price $20. Save $4!
Arrive any time in the afternoon. Parking lot entry closes one hour before park closing. Deer Park tram rides conclude 90min before closing.

Must redeem this QR at Grant's Farm Gifts once you offboard the tram to receive your Fun Pass.

A visit to Grant’s Farm begins with a tram ride through our Deer Park, where you can see a variety of our bovine and other four-legged friends. Then, you’ll be dropped off at the Tier Garten where you can enjoy the petting zoo area – featuring our famous baby goat bottle-feeding – carousel rides, food and vending in the Bauernhof Courtyard, and of course, complimentary beer tasting.

Keeping in the Busch family tradition, we encourage our guests to interact with all our animal residents, expert staff, and enjoy a memorable experience with their friends and loved ones. 

Please note: Grant's Farm may be closed on "Tour Only" dates where tram rides and the rest of Grant's Farm would not be accessible, please visit our operating calendar at
